In-store purchases can only be returned to a LEONA EDMISTON boutique.
How To Return Your Order
Online Returns
Online purchases can only be returned to our Online store:
1. RETURNS FORM
All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. Alternatively, you can download this form from our website.
2. REQUEST A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER:
The quickest way to do this is head to the Returns Portal Here and add your 5 digit order number with the #.
3. RECEIPT OF RETURN:
Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a notification once your Refund or Credit note has been processed.
Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with returning your items to us, and that the goods are
your responsibility until they reach our Online Store
Boutique Returns
Boutique purchases can only be returned to a LEONA EDMISTON boutique.
Please ensure your item/s are in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed and all original tags are attached:
FULL-PRICE STYLES
You may return your full-priced purchases, for a:
- Refund or
- Store Credit note
when item is returned within 14 days with your proof of purchase.
SALE STYLES
We do not offer refunds for sale items, however they can be exchanged or returned for a:
- Store Credit note (expires within 6 months)

Returns Policy
Full Priced Items
You can return your full priced item/s for either a full refund, exchange or store credit from Leona Edmiston if they meet ALL the following requirements:
• It is a full priced item (i.e. it was not purchased on a promotion);
• Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase;
• Item is in original condition;
• Garment has not been worn, washed or have personalised alterations in any way and;
• All tags must remain in place including the tag attached reading: “Please note that returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached and the garment is in unused condition”. Once this tag is removed the item is no longer returnable.
• You have proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange the following items unless faulty:
• Hosiery
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items. This includes products that have been discounted for a promotional period and permanent discounts.
Products that are discounted are able to be returned for exchange or a credit note, unless they are marked 'Final Sale'. Final Sale items are not able to be returned.
All Returns are subject to the terms stated below:
• Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed
• All tags must remain in place
• Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Please note that returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached and garment is in unused condition”
• Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
Faulty Items
Faulty Returns Policy
Both LEONA EDMISTON Retail Boutiques and the LEONA EDMISTON e-boutique accept faulty items.
Faulty returns are determined at the sole discretion of LEONA EDMISTON.
Minor faults: Where possible, we may elect to repair the product.
Major faults: Choose to receive a replacement product OR a refund of the original purchase amount.
LEONA EDMISTON may only offer you an exchange, repair or refund if the following conditions are met:
• Goods are returned within 14 days of the purchase date
• Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)|
Upon assessment by LEONA EDMISTON:
• The item is considered faulty
• The item holds a manufacturing fault
LEONA EDMISTON will not offer return or repair for items where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item.
